Service Level Agreement For VSMM
This Service Level Agreement (SLA) is between IMBD Agency Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) and the Client (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) who has availed the VSMM (Virtual Social Media Marketing) service provided by the Service Provider
VSMM, or Virtual Social Media Marketing, is a comprehensive online marketing solution provided by Leadmark Communications to our client’s businesses. From content creation to promotion, we handle all aspects of the marketing process through this service. Our team takes full responsibility for executing the VSMM package or proposal provided to the client, adhering to the details outlined in the plan. Each client will be assigned a dedicated VSMM manager, who will maintain communication with the client and lead the project.
Although the Leadmark Communications . will make every effort to ensure that the VSMM service is available to the Client at all times, there may be instances where service availability is impacted due to factors such as the IMBD Agency Ltd.’s staff being unwell, on leave, or facing unforeseeable and unavoidable issues. Therefore, while the IMBD Agency Ltd. strives to provide uninterrupted and error-free service
To effectively provide the VSMM service, access to the Client’s online platforms, including social media, is required by Leadmar communications. However, we assure the Client that access will not be misused in any way and will only be used for the specific purpose of carrying out the marketing campaign. Therefore, the Client will be requested to provide the Service Provider with the necessary credentials to access their online platforms.
Leadmark Communications. will maintain the ad policy guidelines while running ads, PPC, and other marketing campaigns for the Client. However, sometimes ad accounts may get restricted due to policy violations by the Client or due to new algorithm updates.
If the Client can prove that ad account restriction occurred due to Leadmark Communications.’s activity, then Leadmark Communications. will compensate the Client accordingly.
In order to continue receiving the VSMM service, the Client is responsible for ensuring that the monthly bill is paid on time. In the event that payment is not received in a timely manner, the Leadmark Communications. reserves the right to temporarily pause or discontinue the Client’s project or service. However, rest assured that the Leadmark Communications. will provide notice via email before taking any such action.
We are pleased to offer the VSMM service to our clients, based on the package or proposal they have selected and placed a work order for. We strive to provide high-quality service and ensure that our clients receive the value they expect.
Please note that if you require additional work beyond the scope of the original package or proposal, additional fees may apply. However, we are always happy to discuss options with you and find a solution that fits your needs.
It’s important to note that while we are committed to providing the best service possible, we may not be able to offer unlimited revisions or corrections. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making the process as smooth and efficient as possible.
Leadmark Communications. agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s information and data, including but not limited to, access to social media platforms, ad campaigns, and other related information. Leadmark Communications . will not disclose any such information to third parties without the Client’s prior written consent.
Leadmark Communications. may use the Client’s name and associated company branding as part of our portfolio. This may include displaying the Client’s logo or company name on our website or marketing materials, as a demonstration of our work and success in providing the VSMM service. However, we understand that some clients may prefer not to be featured in this way, and we will always respect the Client’s wishes in this regard.
This SLA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
By signing below, Leadmark Communications. and the Client agree to the terms and conditions of this Service Level Agreement.
